i know it seems like a lot, but it's important. please give it a look!
THINGS I DEFINITELY WON'T DO: NSFW, animals, monsters (the definition of which varies, so just shoot me a dm if you're unsure!), robots/mecha, heavy gore. There are other things out there that I'm not comfortable drawing, so if I'm not confident in my ability to complete the work you requested, I will tell you and we can either work on a solution or refund any payments already made.
PAYMENT: All payments must be made upfront in USD via Venmo, Ko-Fi, or PayPal within 48 hours of commission request submission. Once the payment has been received, your commission will be placed into my commission queue. I'll notify you once I begin work on your commission, and it may take up to four weeks to complete. If a delay comes up, you will be notified as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that all commissioned works from me are digital in medium, and therefore no physical items will be shipped to you once your commission has been completed.
REFUNDS: During the sketch phase, you may ask for a refund if you feel the direction is not to your liking. In this scenario, I can provide a refund for half of the total price of your commission. No refunds can be made after the sketch phase.
EDITS: If requested, I will send you progress updates for your review so that we can discuss any changes you may desire. If the sketch is not to your satisfaction, I will make up to three broad-sweeping edits during the sketch phase. Any edits requested after will be an extra $5 fee per edit, or more if the edit is extensive.
RIGHTS TO IMAGE: You are free to use the commissioned artwork(s) as a header image, an icon, a wallpaper, etc. so long as it is for a non-commercial purpose. You cannot use the commissioned artwork(s) for merchandise, advertisements, or any other commercial reason. Reproduction of the commissioned artwork(s) must be discussed with me, the artist, for approval. The commissioned artwork(s) may not be used to promote hate speech, harassment, or abuse. The commissioned artwork(s) may not be used in AI, or any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs or cryptocurrency.Please be aware that I may use your design to display in my portfolio.
